Step 1: Outsourcing Strategy
First, it is important to know if outsourcing a project is the right strategy to follow for you as a client and if Abira Philippines Inc. is the right partner for you. We will determine that by the following criteria:
- Specification process regarding the technical aspects of the project in which we will determine:

- Resource availability

After formulating the project, the project costs and the overall feasibility, we can determine if it is beneficiary for you to outsource the project and if Abira Philippines Inc. is capable to do the job.
Step 2. Strategy Analysis
A logical continuation of the first step is to analyze the strategy. The most important action is to define the principal parameters for the projects:
- Milestones and deliverables
- Budgets and cost control methods
- Organization- and communication infrastructure
- Reporting procedures
Step 3. Implementing the strategy
